Intracto Group expands in the Netherlands with the acquisition of GUC Agency
27 September 2019 – Intracto Group broadens its scope with the Dutch GUC Agency. This creative agency has 105 team members and is known for its successful integrated campaigns for clients such as Coop Supermarkets, Primera, Welkoop, Superunie, KPN, Klaverblad, Jacobs Douwe Egberts Professional, Universal and VANS.
For Intracto Group, this acquisition is another solid step forward in the Netherlands. With the expertise and experience of GUC Agency in the specific fields of strategy and creation, Intracto Group strengthens its current offering in technology, content and marketing. The entire management of GUC Agency will remain actively involved and become a shareholder in Intracto Group.
Bringing brands to life with only one strategy & creation
At the heart of GUC Agency’s operations is the objective of truly bringing brands to life. Across mass and social media, in the digital domain and on the work floor.
Before GUC Agency was given its current name at the end of 2018, they were known as Goud Uberconnected, an agency that already experienced a significant organic growth thanks to striking brand campaigns, activations and social media. The agency had previously made a number of strategic acquisitions with Icemedia (digital), Redmint (retail) and DIFR (experiential). Currently all expertise is housed at the Surinameplein in Amsterdam.
